Terms and Conditions

Visa Application Process:

  • a.TripZip will provide assistance and guidance in the visa application process based on the information provided by the applicant.

  • b. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the visa application.

  • c. TripZip does not guarantee the approval of the visa, as the final decision rests with the respective embassy or consulate.

Documentation:

  • a. The applicant must provide all required documents for the visa application process as per the guidelines provided by TripZip.

  • b. TripZip will review the documents for completeness and suggest any necessary modifications or additions.

  • c. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain and submit the required documents within the specified time frame.

Application Submission:

  • a. TripZip will submit the visa application on behalf of the applicant to the respective embassy or consulate.

  • b. The submission will be made as per the available appointment slots or the guidelines provided by the embassy or consulate.

  • c. TripZip will provide the applicant with the application reference number or any tracking details, if available.

Visa Fees and Expenses:

  • a. The applicant is responsible for paying the visa fees and any additional charges imposed by the embassy or consulate.

  • b. TripZip will provide the applicant with the details of the applicable fees and any other expenses, if applicable.

  • c. In the event of a visa rejection, the visa fees and other expenses paid to the embassy or consulate are non-refundable.

Timelines and Processing:

  • a. TripZip will provide an estimated processing time for the visa application based on the information available.

  • b. The processing time may vary depending on factors beyond TripZip's control, such as embassy or consulate processing times or any unforeseen circumstances.

  • c. TripZip will make reasonable efforts to expedite the visa application process, if requested and feasible.

Visa Rejection:

  • a. In the event of a visa rejection, TripZip will provide necessary support and guidance for reapplying or appealing the decision, if applicable.

  • b. TripZip does not guarantee a visa approval upon reapplication or appeal.

  • ​

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • a. TripZip's visa assistance service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome.

  • b. If the applicant decides to cancel the visa assistance service before the application submission, a cancellation fee may apply.

Liability:

  • a. TripZip will not be liable for any delays, rejections, or any financial loss incurred due to embassy or consulate decisions or any external factors.

  • b. It is the applicant's responsibility to comply with the embassy or consulate's requirements and regulations.


By availing TripZip's visa assistance support, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

 

Booking Confirmation:
All tour package bookings are subject to confirmation by the tour operator or destination management company. The availability of services and accommodations is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. All flight bookings are subject to confirmation by the airline. The availability of seats is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

Payment:

Full payment for the air tickets is required at the time of booking. 50% payment is required to secure the tour package booking. Rest 50% must be paid before 7 days prior of departure. Payment methods are given bellow.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the destination Management Company/ Hotel policy of the destination and the specific package booked.

General Policy of TripZip-

Cancellations within 01 to 06 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking

Cancellations within 7 to 13 days of the arrival date – 25% of the value of the booking

Cancellations within 14 to 28 days of the arrival date – 10% of the value of the booking

Cancellations beyond 28 days of the arrival date – NO Cancellations

For Air tickets, Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline and ticket type. Clients are advised to familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their ticket before making a booking. Any applicable cancellation or refund fees will be borne by the client.

Itinerary Changes:

The tour operator or destination management company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control. Clients will be informed of any significant changes to the itinerary and provided with suitable alternatives, whenever possible.

Airlines may occasionally change their flight schedules. It is the client's responsibility to stay informed about any changes to their flight and to make necessary adjustments to their travel plans. We will assist in notifying clients of any significant schedule changes, whenever possible

Baggage Allowance: Baggage allowances vary among airlines. It is the client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the specific baggage policies of the airline they are traveling with. Additional charges may apply for excess baggage, and the client is responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the airline.

 

Travel Documents:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess all the necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other required permits. We will provide general guidance and support in obtaining travel documents but cannot be held liable for any complications or issues arising from inadequate or invalid travel documents.

Health and Safety:

Clients are advised to review any health and safety guidelines or recommendations provided by the tour operator or destination management company for the specific destination. It is the client's responsibility to follow these guidelines and take necessary precautions to ensure their well-being during the tour.

​

Liability:

Tripzip will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or any other third-party suppliers. Clients are advised to review and understand the terms and conditions of their bookings with such suppliers.

Travel Insurance:

It is highly recommended that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings. The tour operator or destination management company can provide information on travel insurance options, but the client is responsible for selecting and purchasing their preferred insurance coverage.

Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to the booked tour package may be subject to additional charges or fees, depending on the policies of Tripzip. The client should us as soon as possible to request any desired changes, and the company will provide guidance on the procedures and any associated costs.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
